Hazel Hearn
Deputy Clerk
Mrs. Hazel Hearn has lived in North Carrollton now for 48 years. She has served as the Deputy Clerk for 9+ years. Her desire is to see change in North Carrollton as it relates to the youth, is basic fundamental skills such as sewing, canning, cooking, etc. She feels it is imperative that the youth acquire everyday living skills to survive. Perhaps this may be Mrs. Hazel's next assignment after retirement.

Galen Shumaker
Water Operator Director

Galen Shumaker has been the Water Director for North Carrollton for approximately 15+ years. He has made a great deal of improvement with the water lines over the past years and continues to strive to meet the demands and attention that our water system requires. Expect continuous change and a better water system as we make changes here at City Hall/Water Department.


Ryan Taylor
City Attorney

Ryan Taylor has been North Carrollton's Town Attorney for 12 years now. His knowledge of the law is impeccable, on point and secure. The Mayor and Board of Alderman's rely upon his advice in most matters related to the Town, if not all.


Joe Holman
Town Security
Mr. Joe Holman has been living here in North Carrollton for over 60+ years. He has served as the Town Constable for over 30 years. His expertise and education in law enforcement supersedes the standard requirements. He is a tremendous asset to the Town of North Carrollton. His very presences detours criminal activity.

Jake Hurst
Fire Chief
Jake Hurst has been a resident of North Carrollton for 32 years. He was appointed Fire Chief in 2019 of April and currently holds the seat. He wears many many hats, being the Fire Chief is only one. His willingness to volunteer his time to save lives speaks volumes about this young man's character and his heart towards people.
