Alderman Mitchell Costilow has been a resident of North Carrollton for 64 wonderful years. He has been serving on the Board of Alderman for approximately 20+ years. I find his disposition to be calm, serene and composed, hinted with glee. What Alderman Costilow loves best about the Town of North Carrollton, are the "people and small town".

Alderman Hearn has lived in North Carrollton for 66 years, all his life. He clearly stated this is the place to live and no other city or town interest him. He has built meaning relationships with many, if not all of the citizens here in North Carrollton. Being a business man affords him the opportunity to develop many relationships with many of all various ethnic backgrounds. He has served on the Board of Alderman's for 23 long years and plans to continue to serve the citizens in North Carrollton.

Alderman Edward Carpenter has lived in North Carrollton for 40 years. He has served on the Board of Alderman for 17 long interesting years. His experience on the leadership team is extremely board and wide. He knows the ins and outs from the front office to the back door. His input and expertise on the leadership team is of great value. Alderman Carpenter thinks very highly of the Town of North Carrollton. "We have a lot of good folks in North Carrollton", states Alderman Carpenter.
